I had my 2017 rzr in for a warranty, center bearing replacement.
1st ride after repair, I hear a big bang doing a bumpy hill climb. Immediately I think broken half shaft. I look and half shaft looks fine. I try and wiggle the half shaft and it moves the whole front differential. When I inspected closer, I found there was only 2 out of 4 bolts installed that bolt the differential to the frame. One of the remaining bolts stripped the threads inside the case. ( I didn’t look to see if the missing bolts had ripped out or where never put in, but I will.)
I don’t think these could fall out, they have locktite on them. Do you think the dealer would of unbolt the front diff to pull the driveshaft and replace that center bearing?
I haven’t called the dealer yet.
EDIT for video…
