I so hate to use a politically correct term and say I want fully transparency about our belts.

Also, please don’t hold my feet to the fire here, most of following is just memory. Also by putting this up here to see I am exposing myself to scrutiny and I get that. We simply want you to know the truth!!!

Do they ever fail? Sure do, all belts do!!!

In the 16 weeks or so we been selling them at this very minute we have sold 1908 of them.

Our warranty rate is less than 1%, top of my head that number is around 12, then there have been some that failed without explanation, then several for known reasons that is totally not the belts fault. Couple all those failures together the percentage is still under 1%.

Since we are on social media, everyone hears about the few that fail but we don’t hear about the ones that don’t

On that note, one guy that posted here about one failing that got a lot of attention, found his problem we think after the fact and it was not the belt after all.

So here is a report and some of this I am going off memory and some I can go off of since we started actually tracking this in quickbooks

As of today failures whether belts fault or not, warranty or not that we are aware of.

2 RZR 900 XP

No Ranger 900

No 800 RZR

No Ranger 800

No Rhino 660 or 700

No Can AM X-3 Turbo

No Yamaha Wolverine

No Yamaha Viking

2 Polaris Generals

1 Can AM Commander

1 Ranger 1000

Then the rest are XP 1000 and Turbo RZR

These two together for all reasons under warranty or not is less than 15.

This is all good news to me, sure there have been some failures as mentioned but we all must simply go by the numbers, that takes everything into account and spits out the real number that tells us if this is successful or not. This is what we have to go by because the reason any belt fails is not as important as the number that do when deciding whether there is an issue or not.

Trust me, I like hearing feedback, positive or negative. I prefer the negative on the phone and not social media but we need to know so if we need to make changes we will.

We are always looking for ways to improve and I personally do belt testing most times on the weekend.
