Selling our Toy hauler, sad to see it go we have loved it! We will continue to use it as it is now Moab time!

It is a 2013 Dutchmen Rubicon 2600. Overall length is about 31ft, box or house is 26ft. It has a 17ft 3in garage! Previously I would put a 2 seater can-am outlander up front in the kitchen area and a 2 seater Rzr behind it. I moved up to a 2017 Can-am Maverick X3 XRS and it was too long to run the atv in front. The 72in XRS fit tight but fit, once the X3 was pulled in I would lift up the front end to pull in the tires to make it narrower. Just to be safe I would strap the wheels so the suspension would not unload. Doing that I had 1-2in on either side to spare, never rubbed. It will fit a 4 seater Rzr, not sure about long travel or lifted see dimensions below. I have not tried to fit an X3 Max but on paper it should fit. I have seen other rubicon owners haul Honda Pioneer 1000, Polaris Rangers and other large UTVs.

Camper has very little use, I am the second owner. Has a few small imperfections but overall excellent condition. Absolutely everything works as it should.

I have the clean and clear title in hand.

It has 2 queen beds in the garage area, top has been upgraded to a traditional mattress w memory foam topper. Very comfy, original mattress will also come with the camper. There is a fold down sofa/bed that is good for a child. I upgraded the full mattress that normally comes in the master to a king. I enlarged the platform and installed a posturepedic memory foam mattress. Super comfortable and nice to have room in bed! It will also come with the original mattress and takes about 30 min to convert back. It is no small task to shoe horn a King memory foam mattress in that master bedroom.

There is tons of storage space. At least 2 if not 3 times the space we needed. We hardly utilized the storage at all.

I upgraded the single house battery to four. We do not have solar but can go 4-5 days easy on this setup without firing the generator. I have not tested longer than that.

The Onan 4000 has about 10hrs on it. We have only used it to top off batteries while boondocking. Since I have owned, I have regularly fired it up and let it run to keep it running well. I did replace the carb shortly after I bought it with an Onan altitude adjusting carb. I also serviced it with factory Onan parts this spring. It might have 4 hrs of use since service.

It will come ready to camp w the exception of dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Propane tanks are full, fresh water tank can be full if requested. Includes sewer hoses, chemicals, cleaning tools, leveling ramps, wheel chocks, city water hose, pressure reducer, power cable, all owners manuals, etc
