So at Silver Lake Saturday, I was climbing test hill and a high jumper cut me off. I got off the throttle, let him by, then nailed it.
Made a grinding noise and finished the hill.
Wondering what damage, if any, occurred. Seemed to be fine the rest of the weekend and the four wheel drive seemed to work okay.
Could it have been the front dif re-engaging under load?
Lesson learned for me, should have backed down the hill when I let off the throttle.
