Hey guys. Just thought I would share this project for anyone wanting to do the same thing. I really like the way it came out. The Jack was brand new but had been sitting in a barn for 15 years. As you can imagine if had dirt, dust, rust, and some webs. I took out the power washer and hit it with 2200psi to strip everything off of it. After letting it dry, I replaced springs, retainer pins, and shear pin with a Fix It kit from Hi Lift.(see pics). Next it was time for paint. Now I looked online for Polaris Velocity Blue spray paint. I did find it but it was $40.00 for a short 8oz can of Velocity Blue cheapest. Didn’t want to pay the same amount it cost to buy the Jack, just to paint it. So what I did was take a HD pic of the RZR and headed to Lowe’s. I bought a can of paint with primer that I thought matched pretty close for $4.95. After applying 3 coats, using one can, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. For 5 bucks, its close enough.😊 Finally it was mounting the the Jack mounts for the Jack. I found these on Amazon. It was pretty simple however I will say tho it’s way easier doing this setup with two people. Fits snug and tight once mounted.
Anyhow I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let me know. Let me know what you think? Close enough? Thanks,

(Ps. Sorry I forgot to put that last pic in the series. I did move the mounting knobs over to make them even on both sides. Just forgot to take a pic after moving them. It looks a lot cleaner and symmetrical after.)
