I have about 1200 miles on my unit and I check the ball joints after every long ride. Recently I was examining the brakes and noticed there was some play in the ball joints when at full lock (steering wheel turned all the way to one side). What’s weird is when I have the wheel straight the play seems to vanish.

My question is, do you check the ballpoints at full lock or with the wheels pointing straight ahead?
