After a bit a research, talking with them, and customer reviews I decided to order the Level 3+ for my ’17 XPT4. Late Friday I was going to order them online but did not have a discount code. So I called and they are closed on Friday so I left a message on the forums and within a few minutes I got a response. Mind you they are closed and I got a response while they were out testing….. I placed my order and sent a quick note about my setup. First thing Monday morning I get an email with a tracking number. That is great customer service.

In this day and age and in an industry where customer service is lacking from most companies it’s very refreshing to see a company go over and beyond what is expected.
